Making chocolate nests

Today we made chocolate nests for Easter. We had a special helper, Miss Vagana, who also took some cool photos of us making them.

Ului, Harlem and Alex breaking up the chocolate.
Sherlina pouring some golden syrup onto the spoon.
Charles pouring the golden syrup onto the spoon.
Traydenze and Mankirat using the microwave to melt the chocolate.
The chocolate is melting now!
Miss Vagana mixing the rice bubbles and the chocolate.
We decorated the nests with mini eggs, yum!

We love reading!!

The Caterpillars have been hard at work this term, we have been practising our reading skills and taking every opportunity to read. We bring our book bags every day and we love reading in our library corner. Miss Martin has seen lots of improvement in our reading which is awesome!!

Dominic is reading the big books.
We are making words with magnetic letters.
We are matching words.
